  We visited a few garages before we found Hardings Renault in Hemel Hempstead. The other garages were pushy and unapproachable. We met James at Hardings and instantly felt at ease. We took a while to deliberate the purchase as it was for our Daughters first car but eventually decided to buy. We went back and Alex from the workshop took us on a test drive. I was too nervous to drive it but again I wasn't made to feel stupid, I was just put at ease and Alex drove. We collected the car on Monday and our daughter is in love with the car! We noticed the air conditioning wasn't working a few days later and was back in the garage by Friday to have it looked at and sorted. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.

  What I loved most about this place was HONESTY James the sales manager is great, true professional. He answered all my questions and there was no pushy hard sales talk just straight talk which is rare nowadays. James explained that the air conditioning unit was not working properly and that a new one would be fitted. . (Just waiting for the part to be delivered) . Also as the car I was buying had just under 6 months MOT left on it I asked James about another full years certificate and he has assured me that it will be done. I would certainly recommend speaking to James if you are thinking about buying another car he will give you all the information and honest advice that you require. I would definitely use them again.
