I’ve been going to Hardings Renault for ten years since purchasing my car from them back when they were located in Bovingdon. General Manager, James explained the specifications and features clearly without using jargon, I collected the car in pristine condition with an extended warranty which, when I needed it, was handled entirely by the team. Service Manager, Alex, and their team of mechanics have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions over the years, I’ve never been afraid to ask questions, and car issues and costs have always been clearly explained (with a hand-drawn picture here and there if needed!) As a female who knows little about cars, you can’t put a price on having a friendly, respectful, trustworthy team who you can rely on for both routine services and when things go wrong, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
